$324,900
A great opportunity to own a cozy turnkey lake cabin on the premier Roosevelt/Lawrence Lakes chain; featuring about 1800 acres of water to enjoy, and at a truly rare price point! 1BR + Loft, sleeps 6. 770 total finished square feet including loft. Brand new roof in October 2026! 100 feet of lake frontage and very low taxes (only $1000/yr non-homestead). In addition to the house, this property features a garage/boathouse with electric, large dock, and a shed with a covered firewood storage area. The elevation to the lake is gentle, there are no stairs! Also, the property backs up to a quiet dirt road, not a noisy paved highway! Watch the spectacular sunsets from the large west-facing 3-season porch overlooking the lake, as well as the awesome bi-annual Outing fireworks shows over the lake. The fishing is excellent; walleye, bass, crappie, and northern pike are abundant. The property is adjacent to 100s of miles of state and local ATV/snowmobile trails and 1000s of acres of public land featuring great hunting and other recreational opportunities.
The cabin features a functional kitchen, spacious bathroom, main level bedroom, upper-level loft, and a combined living/dining area. The interior features vaulted ceilings and lots of knotty pine creating a real “up north” feel. The upper-level loft sleeps 4. The insulated and heated partial bunker basement housing the water heater and plumbing makes year-round use simple. There are 3 forms of heating; a wood burning stove/fireplace, electric baseboard, and a blue flame type propane heater. Winter use is simple; it takes only minutes to winterize and de-winterize. The well and septic systems are modern, fully up to code, and in excellent shape. Both function flawlessly, even during the coldest months of the year. The septic system recently passed County inspection (October 2026). The well water quality is fantastic, no iron or rotten egg smell!
