Shane Maki

Shane Maki, founder and principal broker of Midwest Realty of Minnesota, has been involved in real estate since 1998. Over the course of nearly three decades, he has built a broad foundation in brokerage, commercial valuation, business operations, and real estate investment.

As a former Certified General Commercial Appraiser, Shane valued more than $1 billion in commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, and special-use properties. This valuation background provides clients with a deeper understanding of market value, investment analysis, and real estate decision-making.

Today, Shane leads Midwest Realty of Minnesota, a commercial and residential brokerage serving investors, business owners, and property owners throughout Minnesota. His practice focuses on commercial brokerage, investment properties, business acquisitions and dispositions, and select residential transactions, combining analytical expertise with decades of real-world experience.
