18 AC Solem Lake Road SW, Kensington, MN 56343

Property Description

Absolutely stunning 18 acres with 938' of lakeshore on Solem Lake. If I have heard it once I have heard it 1,000 times... "I can't decide between a lake property or acreage". Well, this property checks both of those boxes and more! Not only would this real estate be an amazing place to build your private estate but it is also a super cool piece to enjoy as-is, just as the current owner has for years! Each time I have visited this property, the deer activity is truly mind blowing! And this is confirmed by the seller as they have enjoyed many successful whitetail seasons. With two permanent deer stands in place and a manicured trail system, this is a property that you could buy now and start enjoying immediately! Don't forget about the gorgeous sunsets over Solem Lake and the excellent fishing this smaller body of water provides. With only 6 property owners on this lake, you can rest assured your privacy for generations to come. Located just SW of Oscar Lake, 11 miles from Alexandria and a couple minute drive to the ski hill, you will fall in love with this private but convenient spot. Properties like this don't come up often so you best not delay!
